We've developed a simple, four step advice process when providing advice to clients. It is as follows:
1. Why did we see the client or why did they come to see us? (Primary Goals and Objectives)
Clients usually visit us with a particular goal or problem they need help with. We call this your 'Scope of Advice'.
As part of this process, we'll review your current circumstances and gain an understanding of what you are, and aren't comfortable with.
2. What are we going to do about it? (Our Recommendations)
This step details the recommendations and the strategies we'll use to address your primary goals and objectives.
All recommendations will be based on the information gathered during our initial consultations, which form the basis of our recommenendations.
3. How are we going to do it? (Recommended Products)
Next, we will determine what product(s) and/or service(s) will support our recommended strategies, and will appropriately meet your needs and objectives.
4. Does it satisfy why the client came to see us in the first place? (Results of Our Recommendations)
The recommendations provided need to be easily related back to your primary objectives and goals. To ensure our advice continues to satisfy your needs, we'll be in regular contact to make sure our advice continues to be in your best interests, even if your circumstances change.
